香港科技大学化学和生物分子工程系教授,绿色产品与加工技术中心的主任。大连理工大学获得学士学位,麦基尔大学获得工程硕士和博士学位。 任Separation and Purification Technology 编辑,International Journal of Drying Technology、Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering、International Journal of Food Engineering、International Journal of Environment and Waste Management和现代化工等杂志编委。发表期刊论文130多篇,h因子达到了24,论文被引用超过2000次。在大学、研究机构或工厂做邀请演讲100余次。是“化学工程,梦想世界”的翻译者(中国化学工业出版社出版)。施普林格出版的“环境电化学”(Electrochemistry for the Environment )的共同编辑人。亚太地区电化学会议的委员会成员。第8次亚洲-世界化学工程联合会议的顾问成员。
